Not all who take the conferencing services are happy about the service. They have some or the other problem. It is become a frequent complaint about these services. The regular complaints would be about clear voice, rate, accessibility etc. Conferencing call providers should take care about these complaints. Only then they will have a good reputation in the market.

i agree with the points you have mentioned. they should take care of the preliminary things like this as these are in their hands only...
if they do not take care of these things they not only loose their reputation but also make their clients reputaion also go down...
so only they should take good care of them. as you said not all are satisfied by the service provided by the conference providers but there are some who are satisfied as the providers which they chose for conferencing are delivering them the best they can which is meeting the requirements of the clients...
